Hiking

Kosovo is a hiking paradise for all types!
You can choose the short distance from the city, or the long one in the countryside. Easily accessible.
Internationally recognized brands "Peaks of the Balkans" and "Via-Dinarica" are among most wanted hiking packages of the region.
Packages include: professional guides, transport, accommodation in mountain huts and food. 

Biking

An eco-friendly way to experience Kosovo, you can rent a bike to wander around on your own or join a guided tour to historical sites — some under UNESCO protection.
As you ride around, you can take in that special blend of past and present that makes Kosovo worth visiting. If you are in a bold mood, it’s worth trying to bike through the Accursed Mountains or Sharri Mountains.

Via-Ferrata

Dare to imagine what comes after the next step and brace yourself for breathtaking views. A seasoned climber or not, the Via Ferrata lines — three in the western part of the country, one in south and the other in the north, are accessible for all. Due to the country’s geographical position and climate conditions, all Via Ferrata lines can be used most of the year. There are well-trained, safe and friendly professional guides to engage. 

Camping

One of the most famous outdoor activity in Kosovo.  Tends and guides are available upon request and can be rented with reasonable price.
This activity is able starting from May until November and usually it is organized by local alpine clubs or inbound tour operators.

Caving

Only 11 km from the city of Peja in Western Kosovo lies a narrow tunnel that is the entrance to the “Sleeping Beauty” Cave in Radavc. Its rock formations make dazzling colorful patterns. Further inside, you see stone basins created over time by the dripping water. A stalactite shaped like a hand — the fingers of the “Sleeping Beauty” — point towards the cave floor, perhaps to treasures hidden by Time. 

Rock Climbing

Rock Climbing routes has started to be developed by local enthusiast. Today there are several rock climbing routes in Western and Southern Kosovo. Mirusha Waterfall and Guri Plakes are also a places where climbers find their peers. Most of the inbound tour operators offer equipment's and guides for rock climbing. If necessary, rock climbing can be combined with camping, too.

Skiing

In Kosovo there  are three ski centers namely: Brezovica and Brod in Southern Kosovo and Boge in Western Kosovo.
Brezovica is considered one of the best ski centers in the region in terms of snow quality and slopes, while Brod and Boge are more suitable for beginners. Daily Ski-Pass in Brezovica is 18.00 EUR.

Snowshoeing

Winter is here. You miss hiking in the wild. Well, who said you cannot?
Put on a pair of snow shoes and go explore the frosted nature on your feet, only to come back to warm traditional food straight from the earthen pots, which you can savor in the wooden cottages studding the remote mountainous villages. 

Free Riding

Free riding in Kosovo is incomparable! Its starts from the town called Junik and its unique experience as it is pronounced in the local language. This activity starts from 100.00 EUR per day and includes: transfer, accommodation and half board and is available starting from December until March depending from the weather conditions.

Kayaking

Red, orange, green or yellow. Choose the color of the kayak to sail into the blue waters of Badovc Lake, surrounded by lush forests, about 16 kilometers from Kosovo’s capital. Fish and meat sizzling on the barbecue await as you are back from the exercise.

Scuba Diving

Discover the beauties of Kosovo lakes with scuba diving teams. You only need to choose the location and the team will be engaged to ensure specialized equipment's for scuba diving and make sure to introduce you with the most beautiful underwater world of Kosovo.

Health is state of body and mind, wellness is state of being! Different dimensions of wellness are offered by five stars hotels mainly located in Prishtina and Peja. Wellness is included in the price of the accommodation in most of the hotels in Kosovo.

Horseback Riding

Starting from 15.00 EUR per person you can hire a guided horse back riding tour and explore untouched nature, followed by rare species of butterflies that live only in this region.

Paragliding

Peja, Istog and Prizren are spots for Paragliding activity in Kosovo. For paragliding lovers, flying with tandem starts from 30.00 EUR for approximately 15-25min.

Trail Running

Kosovo established its Trail Running Association. A group of highly motivated professional are engaged to promote this activity through daily activities and special events.

Wine Tasting

The wines produced express the character of their unique vineyards.
 Visit Kosovo's vine yard region and evaluate vines from local producers or you can always be part of a traditional Hardhfest festival in Rahovec during every September and taste local wines accompanied with rock music.

Yoga

Shopping

Shopping Malls with well known international brands are located mostly in Prishtina, Prizren, Peja and Ferizaj.
For buying local and unique hand made products visit old bazaars of Peja, Gjakova and Prizren. Plis or filigree are highly recommended product to buy while visiting Kosovo.

Zip-Line

Humans were born to fly, and zip-lines are there to help. Cross the Rugova Canyon by air along the 640 meters of the zip-line, one of the world’s top ten. First, you need to walk along a refreshing mountain path to reach the take-off spot. Wondering about the speed of flight? Can you beat the wind? That is up to you to

Knot rope, rope ladder, ladder bars and walking net. Thinking of a tongue twister? Think again and start preparing for an absolute experience of adventure and nature. The Adventure Park in Peja, offers a series of aerial elevated platforms by difficulty level. It is fun, it is safe, and the view is magnificent. Test your limits with the Giant Swing!

Bear Watching

Meet the worlds friendliest bears, who spend their days in a forest sanctuary created specifically for their well being.  The Bear Sanctuary Prishtina has currently 19 brown bears in custody. It is located in Mramor village close to Prishtina city. Access to Bear Sanctuary is able by public bus or taxi. Open everyday, all seasons.
